How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are handmade and shipped within 3-7 business days.

How long does shipping take?

• United States: 7-15 business days
• Canada, UK, Europe: 10-20 business days
• Australia, rest of world: 15-30 business days

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most countries.

Where is my tracking number? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Products

How do your washed tees fit? Our tees are true to size. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Please check our size chart for exact measurements.

How should I wash my tee? Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. This preserves the vintage wash and print.

Are your shirts pre-shrunk? Our tees are pre-shrunk, but minimal shrinkage may still occur after washing.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, including all major credit and debit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You do not need a PayPal account to check out — simply choose PayPal at checkout and select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”

Can I return or exchange my order? Since all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

I received a damaged item. What do I do? Contact us at duskglyphcc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
